His name is Hercules and he is a Canon 5D Mark II. The images that come from this camera are some of the best in the world and we can't wait to start blowing peole away with them! We have also just screened our latest film called "Wayward" and with the feedback we got, are continuing to work on it to nail it. "Wayward" starred Robert Gander, Sian Ewers, Georgia King and Lauren Lloyd Williams. We worked with James Pontifex and Lyndesy Battey to film the project. Mischa just won Best Actress for her role in "The Debt" by SAR Productions and Stevie has been invited to be DOP for the brilliant Daniel Monks' next film. 26 April It
is 7 Centaur Productions 3 year anniversary! We are so excited and so
proud to be going so strong. We've got 3 or 4 projects on the move
currently and we're about to buy a new amazing camera with a brilliant
lense to create the most beeaauuutiful imagery. We're
currently working on Protection - a film about drug mules and drug
smuggling, a music video for Laura Hughes called Johnny and potentially
two other scripts that are being written. NEWS JUMP 31ST MARCH 2010 Since the 3rd of June 2009 Stevie and Mischa have completed 6 more projects. Feeding Time and A Silent Fall were originally made as showreels for actors but turned out to be films we love too! A Silent Fall ended up being a silent film mostly in black and white about drugs. Feeding Time was shot twice with the same script but different actors and interpretations. and was pretty much a vampire splurge - before Twighlight came out, mind you! We finished making 40 commercials for the City of Stirling and edited together some reels for Annie Murtagh-Monks and PAC Workshops. We have finished shooting and editing A Solo Sympnohy with actors Amy Smith and Jamie Hansen and are currently working with Josh Makinda on getting the animation for this film nailed. It's looking amazing so far! Very exciting. Over this period Stevie has done heaps of photo shoots with actors that have all turned out brilliantly. You can find most of these photos on facebook, or email us at stevie@7centaurproductions.com.au to get some sample shots. Mischa has acted in "Forget Me Not" with Deckchair Theatre Company and Longwood Productions with an awesome review from the West Australian and in Eat My Monologues with director Marcelle Schmitz. Mischa is currently editing a script called "Protection" that will be directed by Stevie and acted in by Sian Ewers and Mischa.
